Revised Building Elevations – Comdata Building, 5301 Maryland Way, Zoning C-1

Lines Interiors & Architecture requests approval of a modification to the Comdata Building located at 5301 Maryland Way.

The proposed modifications are located on the first floor and involve the construction of a new canopy at the entrance to the SE side of the building. The existing arched canopy will be removed and replaced with an angled glass canopy. Portions of the decorative wall on either side of the entrance will also be removed.
