PROJECT DESCRIPTION

CK Residential requests consideration of a preliminary plan showing 13 lots on 16.52 acres.

The developer is requesting consideration by the Planning Commission of the proposed cul-de-sac length. Please note that the street does extend for the southerly property boundary and intended to be extended in the future.

There is an existing home on the property that is to remain. Note that the tract is not included as part of the proposal. The plan does propose the relocation of the driveway serving the lot.

All future lots are designated as transitional, lots having slopes of 15% or greater. No residence shall be built on a transitional lot without a detailed site plan prepared by a professional engineer or landscape architect licensed by the State of Tennessee.

Sewer service is to be provide to the project by Metro Water Services. Water service is provided by Nolensville College Grove Utilities.
