PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Turnberry Homes requests approval of a revised preliminary plan for the Sonoma Subdivision that eliminates the previously approved mulch walking trail winding through Open Space Area 8 & 11. The open space areas are located in Sections Two and Three of the project.

Turnberry negotiated with the HOA not to construct the walking trail, due to the slope in the area which would make future maintenance difficult. The HOA agreed to the change.

Sonoma is built out.

Because this proposal affected the previously approved improvements in the open space, approval of the corresponding changes to the OSRD Development Plan by the Board of Commissioners is required.
