PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Revised Building Elevations – Mallory Corners Shopping Center, Mallory Lane & Moores Lane
H. Michael Hindman Architects requests approval of revised building elevations for the two buildings located at the corner of Mallory and Moores Lanes.
Remove the two large E.I.F.S. pop-out structures at the big-box tenant entrances;
Replace with a combination of shallow cantilevered steel canopies and fabric awning;
Addition of Aluminum Composite panels;
Addition of awnings in a rust color;
Addition of composite panels in walnut and white colors;
Addition of, brick, painted brick (grey in color), cast stone (white in color) and E.I.F.S. used throughout the project;
Replace the storefront in a clear anodized finish, and
Replace the existing parking lot light s with LED
fixtures
The
project includes two buildings having a total area of 70,000 sq. ft. on approximately 7.3 acres. Access to the project from adjacent streets will not change.
