Partners in Building of Tennessee, LLC requests approval to use the house location at 1034 Belle Terra Court as a temporary model home / sales office. The proposed hours of operation would be Monday through Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from noon until 6:00 pm.

A paved parking lot with 5 spaces and one dedicated handicap space will be provided on the lot.
