PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Preliminary Site Plan (Pier Addition) – Glenellen Estates, North side of Ragsdale Road

Mr. Mike Delvizis, MSD Consulting, LLC, requests approval of a revised preliminary plan that proposes a pier addition at the existing pond within the subdivision. the proposed pier measures 8’ x 16’ (128 sf) and is located on the south side of the existing pond. The pond is within the permanent open space for the project.

Because the proposal affects the improvements within the permanent open space for the project, approval of the corresponding revisions to the OSRD Development Plan by the Board of Commissioners is required.
