PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Revised Preliminary Plan – The Heights Subdivision, 9744 Concord Road

T-Square Engineering, Inc. requests approval of a revised preliminary plan that modifies the previously approved plan as follows:
 The project area has been reduced from 7.36 acres to 7.0 acres;
  1. ROW area is reduced from 0.55 acres to 0.51 acres;
  2. Increase in the area of the open space from 0.84 acres to 1.24 acres;
  3. Addition of a sign easement on either side of the internal street;
  4. Modifications to some of the lot lines;
  5. Revision of the drainage patterns, and
  6. Realignment of the sewer line extending across Concord Road and connecting to a manhole in Owl Creek Park.
The number of lots remains unchanged at seven.
