PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a revised site plan that proposes the revisions of two aspects of the project.
 
1.       Lowered FFE, from 820’ to 818’, which lowers the wall in front by 2’ and increases the wall at the rear of the building by 2’.
2.       Use of a segmental block reinforced retaining throughout the site as opposed to a gravity wall section.
3.       Addition of a generator in the area adjacent to the solid waste storage area. 
 
The building elevations have also changed slightly related to the areas that bump out from the main building.  The exterior materials include brick, hardiplank siding, standing metal seam canopies, wood trim and shingled roof.
 
The total area of the building remains unchanged at 198,750.
 
Sewer and water services are provided by Metro.
