PROJECT DESCRIPTION

H. Michael Hindman Architects, PC, requests consideration of a revised preliminary plan for the Brentwood Place project, located at 330 Franklin Road.

The plan proposed the following:

Reconfiguration of the central area of the parking lot;
Installation of additional landscaping islands

The proposed increases the number of parking spaces by re-striping the current spaces from a diagonal configuration to a 90 degree configuration, which also allows the placement of landscaped islands, also increasing the green space for the project.
