PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kiser Vogrin Design requests consideration of a plan for the redevelopment of the property located at 1537 Franklin Road.

Currently, there is a residential structure situated on the lot, which will be demolished as part of the development plan.

The reason for the proposal is to receive approval for the proposed buffer reduction in the rear of the property. The applicant proposes a buffer reduction from 75’ to 50’ along the rear property line. A three-foot berm and evergreen plantings are proposed in the buffer.

If approved, a detailed site plan submittal must be presented to the Planning Commission before any permits will be issued for the project.

The developer will be required to extend City Sever service to serve the future structure.
