PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Ragan Smith Associates requests consideration of a revised site plan of the building located at 5141 Virginia Way.  The proposal includes a 5,271 square foot addition under the existing building on the first floor. 
 
Fourteen covered parking spaces will be removed to accommodate the new addition.  Nine parking spaces will be added to the site by re-striping and converting some of the parking spaces to compact spaces. Three new parking spaces will be added behind the building and one on the northeast corner of the lot.  The proposal meets all parking and landscaping requirements.
