PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a Parade of Homes event at the Witherspoon Subdivision. The parade is scheduled for October 7 – 22 and will showcase six luxury homes. The parade is expected to draw between 10,000 – 20,000 visitors. The parade hours will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

On October 5^th a preview party will be held. Approximately 500 industry professionals will gather for an awards ceremony and get an early viewing of the six parade homes
