Cancellation of the Board of Commissioners Meeting Scheduled for December 21, 2021

Background

The adopted schedule of meetings of the Board of Commissioners for calendar year 2021 includes a regular meeting on Monday, December 20. Historically, the Board has canceled the second meeting during the December holiday season unless there is urgent business that must be considered prior to January. Staff is unaware of any urgent matters needing immediate action by the Board prior to the January 11, 2022 meeting; therefore, there appears to be no need to have this meeting.

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of the cancellation of the December 20, 2021 Board meeting.
