MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

BRENTWOOD, TENNESSEE

The Brentwood Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Brentwood City Hall.

Present:	Mayor Rhea Little; Vice Mayor Nelson Andrews; Commissioner Anne Dunn; Commissioner Mark Gorman; Commissioner Regina Smithson; Commissioner Ken Travis
Absent:	Commissioner Susannah Macmillan
Staff Present:	City Manager Kirk Bednar; Assistant City Manager Jay Evans; City Attorney Kristen Corn; City Recorder Holly Earls


Commissioner Smithson led the Invocation. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Travis. Mayor Little administered the Oath of Office for new police officer, Shawn Groves. Mayor Little presented a Proclamation for Arbor Day.

	Resolution 2022-31 - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH WOOD ENVIRONMENTAL AND INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR THIRD PARTY ENGINEERING REVIEW SERVICES, for adoption

	Resolution 2022-32 - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH PRESIDIO FOR MIMECAST SUPPORT, PERIMETER DEFENSE PLAN AND DMARC ANALYZER, for adoption
		Moved by Commissioner Ken Travis for approval of the items on the Consent Agenda, seconded by Commissioner Regina Smithson
