Land Use Determination – Camp Bow Wow, 1641 Mallory Lane
Mr. Steve Lassitre with Camp Bow Wow requests consideration of a land use determination for the property located at 1641 Mallory Lane, in the Mallory Park Development.
The proposed building includes an area of approximately 10,000 sf and provides 20 parking spaces, per the provided parking analysis.
A parking study was included as part of the submittal which recommends that that the use generally requires 18 parking spaces.
