Anderson, Delk, Epps, and Associates requests approval of a revised final plat that reduces the front setback along Cavendish Court from 75 to 57 feet. The proposal meets the setback requirements of the OSRD District, which requires a 50 feet front yard setback.
The original plat was approved by the Planning Commission on December 4, 2006.
