PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Site Plan – Westgate Commons, Lot 15, 1648 Westgate Circle

H. Michael Hindman Architects requests approval of a revised site plan for the former location of the Monkey Joes located at 1648 Westgate Circle.

The proposal includes razing the Monkey Joes building and constructing a new three-story 29,000 square foot general and medical office building. The exterior of the proposed building will be brick.

The existing single-story building includes an area of 11,960 sf. On a 1.6 acre lot.
