Ms. Starla Weatherell requests approval of a revised final plat for the lot located at 6417 Waterford Drive. The plat proposes a reduction in the 100’ front yard setback to the standard R-2 75’. The proposed reduction is to accommodate an addition to the home.

The proposed reduction meets the requirements of the Code.

The home was recently damaged by fire. The owner is in the process of rebuilding.
