ACE Consulting requests approval of a revised final plat for the Pena Estates Subdivision located at 9749 Concord Pass. The plat proposes the subdivision of a 5.19-acre tract into two 2.46 acre lots.

A similar request was presented to the Planning Commission and approved in September 2014. That plat was never recorded and the approval has expired.
