PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Ordinance 2017-04 proposes amendments to Section 78-124 of the Zoning Ordinance. The section details the technical standards for the AR (Agricultural Residential) zoning district. Specifically, the amendments would allow a reduction in the width of the front yard setback from 175 feet to 125 feet under certain defined circumstances.
