PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Archadeck of Nashville requests approval of a revised site plan for the clubhouse at the Lansdowne Subdivision. The proposed work includes:

1.Replacement of the railing on the west and south sides of the building;
2.Demo the east side of the deck adjacent to the pool;
3.Replacement of the east side deck, which will extend 4’ past the existing footprint;
4.Construction of a freestanding cedar pergola on the east side;
5.Install pine skirting around the perimeter of the deck;
6.Installation of low voltage lighting’
7.Replacement of the existing pool fencing, including new deck, and
8.Painting or staining of the new structure.
