PROJECT DESCRIPTION

906 Studio Architects requests approval of detached storage shed at the Journey Church site located at 1600 Wilson Pike.

The proposed shed constructed of siding in a dark grey color and includes an area of 392 square feet and measures 12’ 3” tall. It will be placed on the north side of the building. The site was formerly occupied by the Oasis Church. The shed will be set back from Wilson Pike to minimize visibility.

Placement of the structure shall comply with Section 78-265 of the Code.
