PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of minor revision to the previously approved preliminary plan for the Morgan Farms Subdivision.

The proposed changes relate to dividing Section Six into two sections, creating a new Section Seven.

In addition, lots 219-221 have been filled and as a result, the grinder pump designations have been removed from these.

Finally, the revised plan proposes the addition of monument and landscaping easements on Lots 1 & 13 within Section Three of the project.

The OSRD Development plan was last approved by the Board of Commissioners in April 20, 2016.

The proposed changes to the plans do not meet the threshold for review by the Board of Commissioners of a revised OSRD Development Plan.

The overall number of lots within the project remains unchanged at 173.
