There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Planning Commission member so requests, in which case it will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately. Additionally, any citizen or agenda applicant present may request that consideration be given by the Planning Commission to remove an item from the Consent Agenda so that discussion may be held on that item.
