Revised Building Elevations – 1710 General George Patton Drive

Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. requests approval of revised building elevations for the existing structure located at 1710 General George Patton Drive. The proposed changes include:

Paint the red brick on the front and sides a pure white;
Paint the rear metal elevation an urbane bronze.

Work on the front of the building was begun by the owner and delayed until Planning Commission approval of the revised building elevations could be obtained.
