Minor Revisions to Previously Approved Site Plan – Cool Springs Allergy, 1623 Galleria Blvd.

Dr. Joe Belleau requests approval of a revised site plan that proposes minor revisions to the previously approved site plan for the medical office located at 1623 Galleria Boulevard.

Specifically, the plan proposes reconfiguration of the rear parking area, adding seven additional parking spaces. The previously approved plan showed 17 spaces the new proposed plan shows 24 spaces. The green space still meets the requirements of the C-3 zone with 32.61% provides. The previously approved plan provided 47.3%.
