Preliminary Plan – Primm Farm, North Side of Moores Lane

M2 Group, LLC requests approval of a preliminary plan for the Primm Farm project, located on the north side of Moores Lane. The proposed plan shows 24 lots on approximately 29 acres.

The open space calculations match those shown on the approved OSRD Development Plan, approved by the Board of Commissioners on October 8, 2018.
