Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a revised final plat that revised the side yard setbacks for the lot.

The plat as recorded in PB P65, PG 125 shows a 25’ setback on the west side, and a 20’ setback on the east side. The proposed setbacks have been reversed.

There is a house under construction on the lot.
