PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Building Elevations – Merchants Walk, 4932 Thoroughbred Lane

Southeast Venture, LLC requests approval of revised building elevations. The proposed changes include painting the buildings white and installing black and white striped awnings. There are no changes proposed to any of the existing signage. The proposed changes include:

Painting the existing red brick an off white color;
Painting the existing canopy with alternating black and white stripes;
Removal of the existing wood lattice, and
Resurfacing the parking lot.

The project is split by the City/County boundary. Only a portion of Building Two is in Brentwood.
