Cancellation of the Board of Commissioners Meeting Scheduled for November 26, 2018

Background

The adopted schedule of meetings of the Board of Commissioners for calendar year 2018 includes a regular meeting on Monday, November 26, 2018. Due potential scheduling conflicts and the Thanksgiving holiday, the Board has expressed the desire to cancel this second meeting of November unless there is urgent business that must be considered prior to December. Staff is unaware of any urgent matters needing immediate action by the Board prior to the December 10, 2018 meeting; therefore, there appears to be no need to have this meeting.

Staff Recommendation

Cancellation of the November 26, 2018 Board meeting is at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners.
