Dewey Engineering requests approval of a revised preliminary and signage plan for the Marshall Place subdivision. This request includes a revision to the location of the entrance gate and subdivision entrance signage.
The configuration and area of the lots is unchanged from the approval of the final plat, granted by the Planning Commission in December 2017.
