MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

BRENTWOOD, TENNESSEE

The Brentwood Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Brentwood City Hall.

Present:	Mayor Nelson Andrews; Vice Mayor Rhea Little; Commissioner Janet Donahue; Commissioner Anne Dunn; Commissioner Kim Gawrys; Commissioner Stevan Pippin; Commissioner Ken Travis
Staff Present:	City Attorney Kristen Corn; City Recorder Holly Earls


Vice Mayor Little led the Invocation. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Troops 1, 22, and 86. Mayor Andrews presented a Proclamation for National School Psychology Week.

Consent Agenda

	Resolution 2025-71 - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE PUBLIC ENTITY PARTNERS JAMES L. RICHARDSON “DRIVER SAFETY” MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM

	Resolution 2025-75 - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER TO AN AGREEMENT WITH PRIME CONTROLS, LP FOR SCADA GENERATOR MONITORING, HARDWARE AND SERVICES, for adoption

		Moved by Vice Mayor Rhea Little for approval of the items on the Consent Agenda, seconded by Commissioner Janet Donahue
