MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

BRENTWOOD, TENNESSEE

The Brentwood Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Brentwood City Hall.

Present:	Mayor Nelson Andrews; Vice Mayor Rhea Little; Commissioner Janet Donahue; Commissioner Anne Dunn; Commissioner Kim Gawrys; Commissioner Stevan Pippin; Commissioner Ken Travis
Staff Present:	Assistant City Manager Jay Evans; City Attorney Kristen Corn


Commissioner Gawrys led the Invocation. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by a Scout Troop. Mayor Andrews presented Proclamations for the Friends of the Library and Friends of the Library Week. Mayor Andrews administered the Oath of Office for firefighter Devon Tucker and police officer Lauren Royce.

		Moved by Commissioner Anne Dunn for approval of the minutes as written, seconded by Commissioner Stevan Pippin
		Vote: 7 - 0 Approved

Consent Agenda

	Resolution 2025-70 - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CREATION OF THE VETERANS MONUMENT TRUST ACCOUNT WITHIN THE DONATIONS HELD IN TRUST FUND, for adoption

	Resolution 2025-73 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINANCING LEASE AGREEMENT OF FIVE (5) BODY-WORN CAMERAS WITH AXON ENTERPRISE, INC., for adoption
		Moved by Commissioner Anne Dunn for approval of the items on the Consent Agenda, seconded by Commissioner Kim Gawrys
		Vote: 7 - 0 Approved

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm.
