Legacy Homes of TN, LLC requests approval of a revised Hillside Protection Overlay Site Plan for the house that is under construction at 9104 Raindrop Circle. The revised site plan includes the addition of a swimming pool, spa and pool decking in the rear buildable area of the lot. The pool fence will be a 5-foot tall black aluminum fence.
