Revised Building Elevations – East Park 3 Office Building, 3 Maryland Way

ASD I Sky Architects requests approval of revised building elevations for the East Park Three office building.

The proposal includes new facades on the north and a portion of the west building elevations. Both improvements will include curtain wall glazing, stucco, composite metal panels and a metal storefront. A new metal canopy is also proposed on the north building elevation. The existing mechanical penthouse will also be painted to match the new facades.

The Williamson County Property Assessor shows a building area of 83,008 sf on a 5.68-acre lot.
