James Terry & Associates, Land Surveyors requests approval of a revised final plat showing six lots on approximately 8.28 acres of land. The subject property is located along the east side of Edmondson Pike, north of the Edmondson Elementary School.

The project was formally known as McClendon Acres. A plat for the property was originally recorded in October 2008.

All lots will be provided sewer service via grinder pumps.
