PROJECT DESCRIPTION
 Revised Site Plan – Brentwood Country Club, Amenity Improvements, 5123 Country Club Drive

Ingram Civil Engineering Group requests approval of a site plan that proposed modifications to the amenity areas at the Brentwood Country Club. The project will be completed in three phases. 
 
PHASE 1 – PRO SHOP & FITNESS CENTER
  • Renovation of existing Fitness Center and Pro Shop (Existing two-story building = 3,840 sf).  The Fitness Center will be moved to the upper level, while the Pro Shop will be moved to the lower level.  An exterior canopy will be added to the exterior elevation.  The plan also includes an option to allow for patio space for the Fitness Center.
  • Additions will be constructed in two phases:
    • Addition of 120 sf – Exterior canopy
    • Addition of 937 sf – Remove existing canopy & construct an elevated deck. 
PHASE 2 – PATIO ROOM RENOVATION
  • Enclosure of the existing patio room at the rear of the building.  The exterior renovation will include a new building area of approximately 154 SF, enlarging the existing space and provide better circulation on the interior, (Existing area 3,800 sf). 
PHASE 3 – POOL HOUSE RENOVATION
  • Renovation of the existing pool house at Brentwood Country Club. The restrooms, exterior canopy, and outdoor bar are to be renovated.
  • Addition of approximately 1,072 sf (Existing area 1,165 sf).
  • Renovation and extension of the existing bar allowing for more seating and better circulation; remove existing canopy, design and construction of a new canopy structure around the outdoor bar area. 
The improvements match those approved by the Planning Commission at their meeting in September.
