Fulmer Engineering requests approval of a site plan for Lot 25, of Westgate Commons.  The lot is currently vacant.  The proposal includes a new medical office building having an area of 61,604 square feet on a 3.61-acre lot.  The site will provide a total of 277 parking spaces.
