PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Site Plan / Building Elevations – Governors Club

Smallwood Nickle Architects requests approval of a revised site plan and revised building elevations for the Governors Club Clubhouse. The proposed changes include:

Modify the width of the drive aisle at the West entry by widening 4 feet;
Add a stone entrance wall measuring 16’ x 3’ 4” and signage at the West entry;
Add an outdoor string of lights at the exterior patio on the Southeast corner;
Replace existing exterior doors at North & West entry;
Enlarge window openings at new interior Men’s grill on West, South, and East walls facing the golf course, and
Painting the existing brick on the sides and rear of the building a white color to match the horizontal siding on the remainder of the building.

Because the proposal affects the improvements within the permanent open space, specifically the stones entry wall, approval of the proposed revisions to the OSRD Development Plan is required by the Board of Commissioners.
