PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Final Plat – 412 Wilson Pike

H & H Land Surveying, Inc., requests approval of a revised final plat for the property located at 412 Wilson Pike. The proposal involves subdividing the existing 3.01-acre parcel into two lots. Lot 1 will be 1.95 acres; Lot 2 will be 1 acre; 0.06 of an acre will be dedicated as additional right-of-way.

There is also a cemetery on the tract that will be preserved.

The access to the two lots and the cemetery has been relocated to the south side to the property. Per the discussion at the September Planning Commission meeting.
