PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a revised entrance features design for the Traditions Subdivision. These minor changes are due to more accurate site information provided by an as-built survey. The changes include:

Removal of the Two freestanding columns previously located between the sidewalk & curb. One was over a gas line, the other was removed to maintain symmetry;
Removal of 4 freestanding walls initially needed to assist with the grade.

The proposed signage has not changed from the July 2017 approval.

The previously approved landscaping design also remains unchanged, regarding the species and number of plantings.

Because the proposal affects the improvements within the permanent open space, approval of the proposed revisions to the OSRD Development Plan is required by the Board of Commissioners.
