PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Revised Site Plan – Brentwood Baptist Church, Special Needs Building, 7777 Concord Road

Barge Cauthen Associates requests approval of revisions to the previously approved site plan for the Special Needs Building located that the Brentwood Baptist Church. 

On October 5, 2020 the Planning Commissions approved a site plan showing a building area of 17,932 sf. The proposed plan removes a connecting corridor originally located ont he west side of the building reducing its area to 15,349 sf.

The exterior materials used on the addition will match those on the existing building and include:
 Pre-finished Cornice;
  1. Aluminum Storefront Window System;
  2. Red Face Brick, and
  3. Ground face Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) Banding and Base.
The site provides a total of 1,082 parking spaces. An additional 300 parking spaces are provided through a long-term agreement with the City. The provides for shared parking are included in Section 78-459 of the Municipal Code.
