PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Minor Site Plan Alteration – The Academy at Holly Tree Gap, 1384 Holly Tree Gap Road

SEC, Inc. requests approval of minor revisions to the previously approved site plan that increases the proposed building height. The proposed changes include:

Removing the previously approval HVAC screen and raising the Parapet tp screen the rooftop mechanical units on the north and south elevations;
Decreases the building height from 32' 4" and 25' 8" to 29' 9" 23' 6" respectively;
Replaces the previously approved fiber cement trim around the windows with Aluminum Cladding and aluminum storefront window system with colored glass on the north and south elevations;
Decreased the building height from 24' and 32' 4" to 22' 2" and 30' 1 1/4" respectively on the east elevation, and
Replaces the previously approved fiber cement trim around the windows with Aluminum Cladding and aluminum storefront window system with colored glass on the east and west elevations.
