Revised Final Plat – Gene Sacks Property, Lot Two, 1580 Ragsdale Road
James Terry & Associates requests approval of a revised final plat that relocates a water line easement crossing Lot Two and provides an additional driveway location also for Lot Two. Both driveways will access the existing 100-foot wide ingress / egress easement on Lot Three that runs between Lots One & Two which connects to the existing access road, lying south of Ragsdale Road.
