					Moved by Vice Mayor Ken Travis for approval of the minutes as written, seconded by Commissioner Mark Gorman

				Request of Brinker OpCo, LLC for an on-premises beer permit at Chili's Grill & Bar, 107 Creekside Crossing
					Moved by Commissioner Regina Smithson for approval, seconded by Vice Mayor Ken Travis
					Vote: 6 - 0 Approved
				Consideration of Holding Beer Law Violation Hearing - Brick's Cafe & Bistro, LLC, 330 Franklin Rd
					Moved by Commissioner Regina Smithson to hold a beer law violation hearing for Brick's Cafe & Bistro, LLC, seconded by Commissioner Susannah Macmillan
					Vote: 6 - 0 Approved
