Use Review – NPS Pharmacy, 343 Franklin Road, Brentwood Medical Building

Inception RX, LLC requests consideration of a land use review to allow a pharmacy use inside the existing Brentwood Medical Center offices, located at 343 Franklin Road. The property is Zoned C-1 (Commercial Office) and a pharmacy is not specifically listed as a permitted use in this zoning district.

NPS pharmacy will not offer traditional retail goods. They will offer contract mail order pharmacy that primarily delivers and ships prescriptions to its customers. The only additional business would be that of patients already at their doctor’s office within the same building. NPS will have a dedicated consulting room for things like vaccinations.

The applicant is seeking approval of the proposed use.
