PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Final Plan – Nicholson Subdivision, 460 Beech Creek Road North

Mr. Gregory Nicholson requests approval of a modification to the previously approved minor plat that subdivided the existing 4.87 acre lot into two lots. This change slightly adjusts the total area of each lot. Lot 1 will decrease from 3.87 acres to 3.7 acres, while Lot Two will increase from One acre to 1.2 acres. The applicant wants to provide a slightly larger building area for the newly created Lot Two. A total of 829 square feet will be dedicated as additional right-of-way for Beech Creek Road North along the south side of the lot.

The existing driveway will be relocated to serve both lots.
