PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Final Plat – Witherspoon Subdivision, Section Four

Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a final plat for Section Four of the Witherspoon Subdivision. The plat shows 32 lots on 56.10 acres. The proposed plat revises the open space calculations and incorporates the proposed changes to Lots 67 & 68 as shown on the proposed preliminary plan.

Approval of the final plat will be contingent upon the approval of the corresponding changes to the OSRD Development Plan by the Board of Commissioners.
