Ordinance 2016-13 proposes the rezoning of approximately 4.49 acres of property, located on the west side of Edmondson Pike, approximately 300 feet south of its intersection with Whetstone Boulevard. The requested zone change is from the AR (Agricultural Residential) zoning district to the R-2 (Suburban Residential) zoning district.
